What happens, step by step, when you move out of state from Las Vegas?
An out-of-state move with Coyotes Moving follows six steps. You request a quote by phone or online. The team sees your home through a short video walkthrough or an in-person visit. You receive one binding flat price. You book with a deposit. The crew packs and loads, and the same crew unloads at your new address and reassembles your furniture.
Nothing in that sequence is a phone-call guess. The price comes from what the team has actually seen. Coyotes Moving has completed 5,000+ jobs since 2021.
Who actually moves your belongings?
The same trained W2 crew handles your move from loading to unloading. Coyotes Moving is not a broker, so there is no handoff to a second company and no unfamiliar crew meeting you at the destination. Every mover is background-checked, and the company operates under USDOT 4582472 and MC1824304, the federal registrations for moves that leave Nevada. Anyone can verify those numbers on the FMCSA's public lookup.
Each job is covered by $1M in general liability protection, and the crew is covered by full workers' compensation.
How is the price of an out-of-state move set?
Out-of-state moves are quoted as a binding flat rate, not by the clock. Distance, the size of the load, and access at both ends of the move shape the number. Because Coyotes Moving sees the home first, through video or in person, the quote reflects what will actually be loaded, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay. That is different from a phone estimate that is adjusted after the load is weighed.
Local moves work differently. They are billed on time worked in 15-minute increments with a 2-hour minimum, as explained in how our pricing works.
Where does Coyotes Moving move people to?
From Las Vegas to anywhere in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii. Coyotes Moving publishes guides for California, Arizona, Utah, and Texas: California, Arizona, Utah, and Texas. Share your destination city and state to begin.
Can the crew pack for you?
Yes. Full packing and unpacking is available, or the crew can load what you have already packed. Packing is usually scheduled the day before the move unless another day suits you. For packing details, see the packing service page.
Coyotes Moving has 330+ 5-star Google reviews. The reviews page shows them individually.
How is an out-of-state move different from a local move?
A local move is billed on time worked, in 15-minute increments with a 2-hour minimum. An out-of-state move is a single binding flat price that covers the whole job, from packing through unloading. Transit time depends on the destination, so it is confirmed during the walkthrough instead of guessed on a phone call.
The difference matters when you compare companies. A flat price set after the team has seen your home is a commitment. A number given over the phone without seeing anything is an estimate that can move.
What does move day look like?
The crew arrives with the equipment for the job: dollies, furniture pads and blankets, floor and doorway protection, and tools for disassembly. Furniture is padded and protected before it leaves the house, loaded in an organized order, and driven to your destination by the same team. At the new address, the crew unloads and reassembles furniture that was taken apart.
Because the crew that loaded your belongings is the crew that unloads them, there is one team accountable from the first item to the last.
What should you prepare before the walkthrough?
Note stairs, elevators, gates, and any HOA or building rules at both addresses. List large or delicate items. A piano, safe, gun safe, glass table, marble table, or pool table needs a photo so the team can plan crew size and equipment. If your building requires a certificate of insurance, ask for one early. Coyotes Moving provides it on request for HOA and gated communities.
When should you book?
As soon as your date is firm. June and July are peak season, and month-end days and weekends are the busiest all year. Coyotes Moving responds quickly, so getting a price does not hold up your planning. The full service overview is on the long distance moving page.
